Hock 5 - Boys Lacrosse (Updated 6/16/14)
Team | Record | News |
---|---|---|
1. Franklin | (15-6) | The Panthers won the league and doubled up Dartmouth for their second playoff win in as many seasons. Unfortunately, Franklin ran into perennial power Needham in round two, but behind junior Jack Vail, it continues to be the top of Hock lax. - JP |
2. King Philip | (16-5) | The Warriors certainly should be happy with how this season went and they also have to be pretty excited for the future. KP has a slew of underclassman including Johnny Piatelli, Brandon King, goalie Paul Macrina and much more. - RL |
3. Sharon | (13-6) | The Eagles really impressed a lot of people with the way they were able to turn things around this year and win their first ever Davenport title. Winning can become contagious and the Eagles are hoping that will be the case going forward. - RL |
4. North Attleboro | (13-7) | James Kummer spearheaded North's attack as it put up 20 goals to pick up the program's first ever playoff victory before bowing out to eventual D2 state champion Medfield in round. - JP |
5. Foxboro | (11-10) | It was a little bit of an uncharacteristic season for the Warriors, who have been used to being in the race for the division crown. Hock MVP Luc Valenza was strong once again defensively. - RL |
On The Edge: Canton (7-11)
