Player of the Year: Candace Steadman, Oliver Ames
Senior Candace Steadman has been selected as the inaugural HockomockSports.com Girls Player of the Year. She has paced the Tigers with a league-high average of points per game this season. She also is a force on the defensive side of the ball. The 2012 graduate, who also excels in volleyball, paced the Tigers to an 18-2 record and the team's second straight Davenport Division Championship.

Daniels, who stands above the rest of the competition at 6'2", has been selected as the first ever Defensive Girls Player of the Year by the HockomockSports.com Staff. She has helped the Black Knights to a quick turnaround from last year. Now, Daniels and company are now sitting at 13-6 and a chance to make some noise in the D2 South state playoffs.
